Cardinals vs Steelers. The day is here, finally. The only question I have is, who are the Cardinals? I thought they were a baseball team. Aren’t they? If so, this is gonna be one heck of a game.
I’m a baseball fan, to the core. I’m from the northeast, and to us baseball is the American Sport. And even if you’re not from the northeast, you can’t argue with history. You can try, but in the end baseball reigns supreme. That’s why when moving to Denver I chose to live two blocks from Coors Field (Home of the Rockies). A. So I can walk to any and every game. And B. So I can smell hot dogs and peanuts whenever I go outside.
But I do watch football, and even get excited about it. I follow a few teams in the NFL, but when it comes to football I’m a college fan. For me, Super Bowl is all about the wings and pizza. And in that regard, I’m genuinely looking forward to today.
